Job Description

What You Will Be Doing: 

You will be charged with developing and expanding relationships across national, regional, and boutique employee benefits brokerage and consulting firms. As an innovator in the market, VIVIO is not looking to respond to RFPs.  Instead, we are looking to partner with stakeholders who understand our model and place us in opportunities where we can add the most value. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with brokers and consultants: 
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key brokers and consultants nationwide. 
  • Set up capability presentations and savings assessment meetings to demonstrate the value of VIVIO’s solutions to potential customers. 
  • Drive new business opportunities: 
  • Identify and qualify potential employer clients through your broker and consultant network. 
  • Support broker and consultant success
  • Provide intellectual capital, webinar invitations, and other helpful information to our broker and consultant partners. 
  • Track and analyze prospect data to demonstrate the ROI of our solutions. 

Qualifications

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably within the health care broker/consultant or PBM industry. 
  • Proven track record of lead generation-setting meetings and developing strong relationships with clients and partners. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Mission-driven, highly motivated to drive impact in healthcare. 
  • Highly empathetic. 
  • Genuine interest in helping others. 
  • Travel as needed.
